Due to the digital nature of our products, all individual pattern purchases are final and non-refundable once the download link has been provided.
We offer refunds for All-Access Pass purchases within the first 30 days, subject to usage conditions. See details below.
All individual pattern purchases on TidyPatterns are final and non-refundable. This policy is in accordance with standard digital product practices, as digital goods cannot be "returned" once delivered.
Why no refunds?
Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned. Once you receive access to download a pattern, the transaction is complete. We encourage you to review product descriptions, preview images, and specifications carefully before making a purchase.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your All-Access Pass purchase. If you're not happy with your membership, we offer a fair refund policy within the first 30 days of purchase.
You are eligible for a full refund if ALL of the following conditions are met:

If you have downloaded 2 to 5 premium patterns:
Example: If you paid $139.99 for All-Access and downloaded 3 patterns worth $6 each ($18 total), your refund would be $139.99 - $18 = $121.99
If you have downloaded more than 5 premium patterns:
Example: If you paid $139.99 for All-Access and downloaded 10 patterns worth $6 each ($60 total), we deduct 50% = $30. Your refund would be $139.99 - $30 = $109.99
